Dit voor mij onbegrijpelijke antwoord kreeg ik en ik heb geen zin meer om de vraag opnieuw te stellen of in discussie te gaan over de onmogelijkheid om data te ontvangen die wel kunnen worden verzonden:
The ribbon controller can operate in two different modes: In standard mode it controls the pitch of the oscillators. When used as a modulation source in the modulation matrix, it is decoupled from controlling the pitch of the oscillators. The ribbon controller only receives MIDI CC messages when it's used as a modulation source in the modulation matrix.
Due to complex polyphonic behavior, the ribbon controller does not receive MIDI CC data in default mode, in which it sends a different value for each key that is pressed. The latter is something the MIDI CC protocol cannot handle.
De opnieuw geformuleerde vraag was:
I just would like to know if the ribbon can be used as a modulation source in the modulation matrix to control pitchbend.
I read the ribbon can control oscillator 2 tune but that is not the same.
Rephrasing my question, I would like the Super Gemini to be able to play back midi recorded ribbon pitchbend data.
