Mix hardware vragen

Hey

Ik heb wat analoog speelgoed. En een focusrite safire 24 vrm blabla.
Ik vraag me af wat de interessantste manier is om meer kanalen te hebben die ik oa in volume kan regelen met hardware.
Bijkomend leuk is als ik ze ook apart naar de computer krijg, die kanalen. De safire heeft een boel kanalen die ik digitaal moet benaderen als ik ze wil gebruiken. Ik heb geen idee hoe dat dan moet. Met een DA? een octopre of zo?
Lijkt me in combi met de safire die ik heb duurder dan een andere oplossing zoeken, ik denk dan aan bijvoorbeeld een firewire mixer.

Of misschien zeggen jullie dat het overkill is, ik fantaseer momenteel over een jomox 888 zijn outputs apart te mixen, en een xoxbox, een synth of 2, micro.

De jomox zou ik dan bijvoorbeeld van fx kunnen voorzien op enkel zijn kick, snare, ... Als ik jam, ik kan't ook dan zo naar de mac sturen om in ableton te recorden.

Ben noob dus graag tips en bedenkingen.

Btw ik heb een analoge dj mixer met 5 micro inputs, dus dat is het probleem niet. Ik wou graag iets extra.

Zijn hier een aantal draadjes over te vinden.

Ik zocht iets betaalbaarder, maar no doubt is dit dé shit

Hoe misbaar zijn faders eigenlijk? Draaiknoppen vs faders maken een groot verschik in prijs als ik naar mackie onyx kijk.

Onder welke term moet ik zoeken voor de draadjes te vinden? firewire mixer?

De 24 heeft 6 analoge outputs, je kan een Behringer ADA8000 ADAT interface er aan hangen. Dan heb je 14 analoge outputs om naar een mengtafel te sturen. Je hebt dan ook 8 analoge inputs extra op de ADA8000.

Ik ga vermoedelijk voor een oplossing zoals de ADA maar dan niet van behringer, maar iets met wat meer faam.

Die behringer staat bekend als primadeluxe hoor. Je gaat toch niet voor een naam betalen?

Die ADA is gewoon goed. Er zijn niet veel producten van Behringer die ik in mijn studio zou gebruiken. Maar de ADA is uitstekend. Ik gebruik al jaren naar volle tevredenheid 2 stuks.
Over de inputs kan ik alleen niets zeggen. Ik gebruik alleen de outputs.

ADA heb ik hier ook, geen klachten over. Goed produkt voor een redelijke prijs.

voor iets meer geld heb ik een 2e handsje van beter merk met veel meer mogelijkheden. Dat zou 'm wel eens kunnen worden.

Welke extra mogelijkheden verwacht je dan bij een adat interface ?

Kijk eens naar een Niche ACM. 8 ins/8 outs/mixed stereo out.
Volume per kanaal is met CC1 t/m 8 aan te sturen.

Zit net te denken, maar ik weet niet 100% zeker dat de output stereo is. Ik gebruik hem niet echt.
