A-ha!
Hallo forumleden,
Mijn Deep Bass Nine is significant ge-detuned. Nou heb ik dit gevonden op google:
From the guy who designed it (James Walker) -
The DB9 only ever tuned over the bottom two octaves of a 4 octave keyboard , due to a design fault . These octaves should track ok , with higher octaves going very flat . There are 3 trimmers around the CEM3340 , one scale , one tune and the other Hi Freq. scaling ( never ever worked !) .
I've listed the Trimmers functions below , hope this helps .
Pr1 on analogue board = int. tune of CEM3340
Pr2 = Span (Scale ) pre-set set to 1 volt per octave relationship
Pr3= Filter cut off (set for best filter range)
Pr4= Resonance control (set for best resonance 'feed')
Pr5= VCA DC offset null (set for no 'thump' when X waveform and max volume
are used)
Pr6= VCO hi freq. trim (DOES NOT WORK !)
Pr303= The trim that makes the DB9 sound the same as a TB303 (sadly taken
off ,just before production run). ;-)
Maar wat nu? Openmaken en aan een knopje draaien? Waarschijnlijk heel dom, maar ik heb nul komma nul verstand van electronica :-) Staat Pr voor potmeter?
Thanks.
