Ik heb dit van een tritonforum geplukt. Net als voor de triton classic zal ook voor de LE een nieuw OS verschijnen. Met de volgende verbeteringen. Blij ben ik vooral met de mogelijkheid direct karmafiles te laden. Scheelt weer heel wat converteerwerk !
With this new release we bring the functionality of all the models closer together - bring many of the features from Karma Version 2.0 to the Le. Here's a short synopsis:
“One-Touch” Record
Now you can set up a new Song based on a Combination or Program, complete with effects and arp settings quickly and easily.
Improved Combination Copying
The setup and playback of multiple arp assignments is now handled better when copying a Combination into the Sequencer.
Tap Tempo Control
Use a foot pedal or front panel button to set the sequencer, arpeggiator, or BPM-based effect tempo.
Swing Quantize
Critically important for good hip-hop and jazz feels.
Time Slice to Pattern/RPPR Function
Slicing and mapping to RPPR makes it easy to use multiple sampled loops that were originally at different tempos in live performance.
Load PCG (RAM) and Samples
Searches PCG file for Programs and drumkits that use RAM sample data, and Combinations that use those ProgramsLoads only those sounds, appending them to the Bank of your choice This powerful new sample-loading command enables you to load only the Programs and drumkits (and their samples) needed from a PCG file, appending them to any Bank. This allows you to easily merge multiple sample RAM files for a given song or live performance.
Copy Program Command
Now you can easily copy a Program with its effects and arpeggiator settings into a Song or Combination. This means it just sounds right without a lot of work!
Additional Foot SW and Pedal Assignment
JS +/-Y, Knobs 1-4, SW1, SW2
This is useful for hands-free control of many functions, like toggling the Rotary Speaker speed on organ sounds without having to edit every sound.
Append Load SNG Files
Makes it easy to merge together any number of Songs for a given performance.
Support for MIDI Sys. Ex. Parameter Changes in Sequencer Mode
This allows you to record any parameter changes in realtime when using an external MIDI sequencer.
Improved Behavior When Used with an External Sequencer
“Receive Ext. Realtime Commands” option can keep the onboard sequencer from responding to MIDI messages that would cause it to reset itself, messing up your setup.
Click Available From Individual Outputs During Sampling Now you can have a tempo reference when sampling.
Karma File Compatibility
Now you can load and share sound and song files between ALL the Korg workstation instruments.
