Known Bugs/ Problems
--------------------
There is a problem with MESA de-installation - please delete the whole AKAI directory before re-installing the software.
When a CD-ROM drive is connected in the SCSI chain, any attempt to access it, either from the sampler or PC, may fail. In such a case, try disabling the detection of auto disc insertion for this drive in the Device Manager (located in System folder in Control Panel) in the PC and restart the PC.
After the MESA II installation, the PC may ask for the driver softrware for the samplers connected. However, the operation of MESA II does not require any driver for them.
We have had reports of the Wave Editor "Playback select" menu crashing on some systems - we think this may be a DirectSound installation problem but have yet to confirm it - please let us know if you have similar problems.
The DRUM INPUTS and MULTI FILE cannot be saved on to the PC.
Renaming the DRUM INPUTS cannot be supported.
When playing a stereo sample in the Wave Editor, it is not possible to play them individually.
With the CD3000XL, the sampler message in Save "CD-ROM sample parameter only? NO/YES" is not recognized. In this case, operate it from its front panel.
When a sample is transferred from the PC, the setting of loop time becomes "HOLD" and pitch offset becomes "+00.00" regardless of their original setting.
Door de laatste regel/bug is het dus echt zinloos om samples/programs/multi's etc op te slaan op de PC, omdat na het opnieuw inladen vanuit de PC in de AKAI je eerst weer divere instellingen moet gaan rechtzetten van je samples.
