de remix uitgebracht op een special remix album. Zoals het er nu naar uit ziet willen we dat ook doen met de 2e en 3e
prijswinnaars.
Het was een erg moeilijke keuze met zoveel goede inzendingen. Onze zangeres heeft de moeite
genomen voor een persoonlijke noot. Voor het gemak in het Engels! :-)
Teleromeo Monday Massacre - A very uplifting track which gets better and
better the more you listen to it.
3dayadventure - This remix made some people frown at home beause of the
pitched down voice, but I just love it! Maybe I like it so much because
I felt I didn't have to listen to my own voice for a change, maybe
because of the energy of this remix: Kind of laid back, compelling and
sexy at the same time. I had this remix on repeat for a while.
Neo Land - A dark remix which inspired me to try out grunting and grow
fangs.
I like the atmosphere of this track.
Djelsjariffremix - Great rythm, I love how he used the bass in this
song.
Tim Besamusca - Just mind blowing! Very energetic. Maxim and I were
instantly hooked on this remix.
Pax - I like this remix because of the guitar and what he did with the
chorus. I find this remix very original, and he used a lot of the
original elements of the song but in a completely different way. Kort en
krachtig, as the Dutch say.
Toobadtoolate - Herman Brood is alive!
Plieuwghetto - Amazing! I always like it when I listen to a track and I
get images in my head, like a movie. And that's exactly what this track
does to me.
Josh Bright - This track is also pitched down slightly. It's hard not to
move when you listen to this excellent trance track. Josh knows what
he's doing.
Athean - I bet this remix is done by someone who's a drummer or does a
lot with beats. And finally no vocals! Great climax in the last few
seconds of this track.
Niels Leenhouts Pillowfight - By the time I heard this track I realized
how hard it was going to be to pick a winner. Another great track which
made me dance around in my study.
Einarihle - I love this track because it's a
excellent hybrid mix containing classical, electronic and even hiphop
elements. And bongo's!
Atheanmorph - This remix convinces me even more that this guy is a
drummer. This track brings me back to the nineties (and I don't want to
hear that the nineties sucked, they didn't!). I'd love to hear some more
of this remixer.
DJ Discodeluxe Dayafter - The beginning of this track is priceless!
Where are you from DJ DiscoDeLuxe? Maybe because I'm not a very good
sleeper myself, so I can relate to what he says. A very bouncy and
upbeat remix.
Pieter Steijger - I looked his name up through google's rival
ixquick.com. Check out this guys at
www.pietersteijger.nl I just found
outt through his website he just turned 18. Keep an eye on this guy,
cause he's going to be huuuge! Thanks for the great remix, Pieter.
Inar -I like the fact that it has a slight r&b twist, nice for a change!
Great guitar sample and groovy beats on this track.
Cmun - Energetic remix that doesn't become boring, a bit messy sometimes
but I like it a lot! I'm curious about this remixer's other projects.
Tokyo Tramps - I love the build up in this track, a very mysterious
remix indeed.
Duart Jansen - Well done Duart! It reminds me a bit of Bastian
sometimes. Excellent breaks in this track.
Sec stayin dread - Oh my, a reggae twist! Kewl.
Maks - Maks put a lot of time and effort in this track and it paid off! It's a good mix between
ambient and funkrock. And speaking of mixing, he also did a great job mixing the vocals into something
new. Maks added a great bassline to his remix.
