Nee, nee, Model 15 in MOTM format. 8)

What you're hearing:

The introduction sequence which plays when this page is loaded was realized with four Model 15 VCOs, all heavy on the PWM, being harmonically screwed with by the Model 12 Vactrol Filter prototype and gated by a single Dual Timbral Gate. The sequence is being paced along by a Milton. The sequence itself is being run through the Model 12's Bandpass outputs and the bass line through the LP out. The bell tones were created by feeding the square out of the VCOs into their own FM input. There are three voices - one being the 'main' sequence, the second an accompaniment to that (the tambura-type drone) and lastly -- the low bass notes which repeat every four bars.

lekker!

Please excuse the xposting.

Ladies/Gents,

Electro-Acoustic Research is happy to announce the addition of Don Hassler
and Sean Price to the merry men of modules.

Don Hassler replaces Steve Rightnour as the EAR sales captain. Don is a true
professional of the electronic music trade, both as an educator (he's on the
music faculty of the Atlanta College of Art) and as the past US sales rep
for British synthesizer manufacturer EMS. We found his background and
enthusiasm the perfect fit and look forward to his invaluable contribution
to the effort. Welcome, Don!

Please also join us in a big EAR welcome to Sean Price. A third year music
tech student at Cal Arts, Sean will be focusing on assembly efforts and is
currently assisting in the completion of the Model 15 shipments.

For more news, go to the EAR homepage BUZZ column - there are some other
things brewing that you may find interesting.
