When you are in program store mode,go to page 2. It says "send
program to midi". "From" is where the program currently is. "To" is
the destination where you want the program to end up when you load it
back to the Ion. If you set "To" to "Edit A", then when you load it
back to the Ion it will go to part A's temporary memory buffer. Then
you can choose to store it anywhere you like, and it will not
overwrite anything. The program you sent was loaded to wherever "to"
was set at when you sent program to midi. It may have overwritten
something, unless it was sent to edit A,B,C,or D. Scroll through all
the presets and you'll eventually find where it ended up.
