TL Audio brengt een nieuwe Ivory Series op de markt: Ivory Series II

Dit zijn buizen Perams, compressors ed.

In deze serie zijn te verkrijgen:

5001 Quad Valve Preamp ( € 915 )
5013 Dual valve equaliser ( € 915 )
5021 Dual Valve Comprssor ( € 915 )
5050 Mono Valve Preamp & Compressor ( € 570 )
5051 Mono Valve Processor ( € 915 )

Als voorbeeld heb ik de 5021 compressor genomen.

Een buizencompressor met digitale uitgang. Ja hoor, het moet niet gekker worden!

Maar ik had ze al in de winkel gespot en ze zien er best wel 'geil' uit hoor.

Zoals ik in 'n ander draadje al zei is het groote voordeel van deze nieuwe range, dat de 'oude' range nu voor bodemprijzen de deur uit gaat. Volgens mij kostte de 5021 eerst tegen de 2000 guldens, nu gaan ze in engeland voor 299 pond weg. Zul je zien dat dat in Nederland dan weer net niet gebeurt....

heeft er hier iemand ook ervaring met 100% buizen-bakken (van bv reussenzehn, groovetubes(?)) ipv deze 'hybride' oplossingen? is er een duidelijk verschil in klank waar te nemen?
