Aemit's Intellectual Property is for sale.
Aemit created their first modular synth in 1981. They came back in 2017 with the plan to create a line of high end eurorack modules. After several setbacks in life we’ve decided it’s best to give up on our dream. We’d love to see someone else pick up and release these ideas to the market though.
This includes the hardware design files (Eagle .brd and .sch and illustrator fronpanel designs) and the relevant software (in C) and documentation for the digital modules (being: Variphase, Fluxus and Two LFOs) for everything listed below:

- Fluxus
- Two LFOs
- Util One
- Util Two
- Star Power PSU
- Two envelopes
We believe these modules are of exceptional quality with a lot of thought having gone into their concepts and designs. In short: you can build/manufacture a complete, fully-featured high-end modular system with this.
The digital modules are in prototype stages so code is not 100% finished. Variphase code is close to finished while the others are in an earlier yet demo-able stage. The digital modules have a digital board in common which comes as-is: some tweaking is needed to get everything working with a new ADC chip. (previous ADC is not for sale anymore, previous, fully working/tested board files can be provided if needed)
Also included is our full 7.5U demo system which contains: 4x VCO II, 1x Two envelopes, 2x QuadSum, 1x QS+, 2x EVC, 1x EVC+, 1x Two Gates, 1x Fluxus proto, 1x Two LFOs proto, 1x Util One, 1x Util Two, 1 output module and a Power supply and handmade wooden case (104HP, 2x 3U + 1x 1.5U).
Needless to say buying our IP makes you the sole owner of it, which means you can do with it as you please.
