Ik heb wel eens vaker zeeeer briljante dingen gelezen die (goedbedoeld of niet) in de manual van een synth waren opgeschreven... maar nu kwam ik weer een hoogtepuntje tegen in de Service Manual van de Yamaha SY-2, die wil ik echt even met jullie delen:

niet in de manual maar op internet , dat je het spelletje PONG op de Kurzweil K2000 kunt spelen.

Press the [MASTER] button, then the (UTIL) soft button, then the ( ) empty
space soft button and finally, the [SETUP] button. You will see "Welcome
to the K2000 game!" Use your data wheel to move your "paddle" to meet
the bouncing ball. When you're done, press the [EXIT] button

Once in awhile unplug the audio-connections to check for any oxydation or residue that migth cause noise or bad connections. Refrain from placing too greasy food inside. Always heat gently. A ringing bell might be an indication of your meal being ready. Or you have simply played the keyboard

Bij Mackie/Tapco kunnen ze er inderdaad wat van. Zoals deze bijvoorbeeld:

The POWER switch is located on the rear panel, adjecent to the AC power input. Push the side of the switch labeled 'ON' to turn the mixer on; you should see the POWER STATUS LED glow in confirmation. To turn the mixer off, push the switch the other way. (Let's all say a big collective "Duh.")

... not to be used near water.. for example near a bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink, laundry tub, in a wet basement, near a swimming pool, swamp or salivating st. bernard dog, etc.
