Fader/MIDI Control Module with New Features
The special feature that distinguishes the 10Control from other products on the market is the ability to control jump-free many parameters of hard- or softwaresynthesizers via midi. Much more expensive controllers use motorfaders to perform this feature. The 10Control uses endless dials instead and through that it makes available the same functionallity for a much more reasonable price.
With jump-free controlling, you do not have to snap, catch or hold a button until you have reached a value with your fader before you slightly want to change it. You just select one of up to 100 pages and increase or decrease the value of your desired parameter.
The get the full advantage of these sophisticated features, the soft- or hardware to be controlled must be able to send initial values and it must keep the 10Control updated if the soft- or hardware itself changes a value, for example by recalling a new sound.

Control of hard- and software synthesizers
Software synthesizers usually offer only the restraining and tedious possibility to change parameters through a mouse. Dial movements have to be repeatedly registered one by one. Intuitive control is simply impossible.
Most hardware synthesizers and their rack counterparts are built without any real tactile control surface, in order to save costs or space. But with 10Control this is no longer a problem.
If these instruments allow external control via MIDI, 10Control offers the missing hardware control module you’ve always wanted. 10 continuous dials and 10 buttons may be assigned freely to any parameters and named individually. All parameters and their corresponding values are simultaneously shown on two spacious, illuminated, crystal-clear LCD displays. The Display button switches from showing the values of either all dials or all buttons. The configuration of dials and buttons can be saved as a ‘page’ and may be recalled at any time.
Further, for every dial on each page you can determine individually how much the value should vary according to the speed of the movement of the dial, as well as how many rotations are necessary to go from minimum to maximum!
